This 17,000-square-foot Legacy West office was designed to reflect the company’s innovative culture through a modern industrial aesthetic, blending branded elements with natural materials and employee-focused amenities. Strategic use of glass, open ceilings, and distinctive architectural features created an engaging workplace that successfully served as the foundation for multiple future expansions.

Originally home to Ace Cash Express, this 1980s office building was completely transformed in 2023 through a major renovation featuring a modern lobby, fitness center, conference facilities, and upgraded tenant amenities. Inspired by biophilic design, the refreshed interiors incorporate natural materials and greenery, helping reposition the property and drive near-full occupancy.
