Andy Jones is the Founder and President of JCI Design, a company built on the belief that integrity and reputation are paramount. From the beginning, Andy has shaped JCI Design around a people-first philosophy—creating a company that takes care of its people while delivering exceptional results for its clients.
A quiet and confident leader, Andy is currently focused on business development and building lasting relationships with clients and partners. While his role continues to evolve, his passion for design remains at the heart of what he does. His experience and creativity in space planning allow him to help clients transform their ideas and needs into environments that are both functional and inspiring.
For Andy, building JCI Design has always been about more than creating a successful company. He has worked to create an organization with a lasting foundation—one that will support and develop future designers and industry leaders for many years to come. He believes great leadership also means knowing when to step back and give others the opportunity to lead. Andy actively encourages those around him to take the reins, grow their talents, and shape the future of the industry in their own way.
Outside of JCI Design, Andy is an avid pilot who flies his own Cessna Skyhawk. His passion for aviation has also become a way to inspire the next generation. Through his volunteer work with the Young Eagles organization, Andy shares his love of flying with young people and introduces them to the possibilities of aviation.
Andy also gives his time as a counselor at Camp Esperanza, a summer camp for children with cancer. His involvement reflects the same values that have guided his professional life: showing up for others, creating meaningful experiences, and making a lasting difference.
Whether designing creative environments, developing future leaders, flying, or giving back to his community, Andy is driven by a belief that success is measured not only by what you build, but by the people you help along the way.
Debra Jones has been a driving force behind JCI Design since 1999, serving as CEO and majority partner and helping shape the company into the creative, client-focused organization it is today. With a passion for innovation and a deep commitment to delivering meaningful results for clients, Debra has played an integral role in guiding JCI Design’s growth and evolution over the past three decades.
Known for her forward-thinking approach and entrepreneurial spirit, Debra believes great work comes from combining creativity, collaboration, and a genuine understanding of each client’s goals. She continually looks for new ideas, fresh perspectives, and better ways to solve problems and create impact.
Beyond her leadership at JCI Design, Debra is passionate about mentoring and developing the next generation of creative talent. She takes pride in sharing her experience, encouraging others to think boldly, and helping people discover and reach their potential.
Her leadership reflects the values that have defined JCI Design for more than 25 years: creativity, innovation, collaboration, and putting clients at the heart of everything they do.
Giving back is also an important part of Debra’s life. Outside of JCI Design, she serves on the steering committee for Camp Esperanza, a pediatric oncology summer camp, where she also volunteers as a counselor. Her involvement with the camp reflects her commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of children and families and is a cause she holds especially close to her heart.
Tiffany Flores serves as Partner and Chief Operating Officer of JCI Design, bringing nearly two decades of industry experience and a passion for both creativity and leadership. After beginning her career as an entry-level designer in 2008, Tiffany steadily advanced through the organization, gaining firsthand experience across all facets of the business before joining the executive leadership team.
Today, she helps guide JCI Design's strategic vision, operational excellence, and continued growth. Tiffany is passionate about fostering the collaborative and creative culture that defines the firm while mentoring the next generation of designers and helping them develop both professionally and personally. She is equally committed to identifying new opportunities that allow JCI Design to evolve, innovate, and thrive in an ever-changing industry.
Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family and friends, relaxing by the pool, and pursuing her love of writing and creative exploration.
What began as an entry-level design position after graduation has evolved into a 15-year career with JCI Design, where Tiffany now serves as Director and Owner. Her journey is a testament to hard work, perseverance, and a genuine passion for the industry.
Tiffany enjoys the technical side of design and is passionate about mentoring others, particularly in building codes, construction documentation, quality control, and efficiency. She is known for her expertise in BOMA standards and her ability to identify creative solutions to complex design and code challenges.
Outside the office, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family and staying active through scuba diving, hiking, biking, and swimming. Her love for the outdoors reflects the same curiosity, energy, and determination that she brings to her work every day.
